Protect your jewelry from knocks, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Remove it before you shower or swim, especially in chlorinated water, and avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto it. Store pieces individually in a pouch or a soft lined box. Clean metal with a soft, lint free cloth, and clean gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

We offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects on pieces bought through authorized channels, providing repair or replacement during that time. After the warranty period, repairs start at $50, with a $75 minimum per shipment.

Jewelry crafted from natural materials varies by nature, and those variations are not considered defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or accident. Yes. Send us what is sitting in your jewelry box and we will make it wearable again. Resetting a solitaire stone is $60, and $25 per stone where there are several. A full restyle, where the piece is redesigned around your own metal and stones, starts at $500 depending on the metal and whether you supply the gemstones. A $75 minimum applies per shipment.
